Hugs are a unique form of time bank compensation utilized by Regen Tribe to reward the hours or deliverables that an RT ambassador contributes.
Instead of traditional forms of payment, such as money, Regen Tribe uses hugs to compensate our ambassadors. Hugs are a way to show appreciation for the time and effort that each ambassador puts into the community.
As a community of individuals who work together to promote regenerative practices and sustainable living, we acknowledge that time, talents, and leadership is valuable.
Regen Tribe is a startup. We acknowledge and value everyone’s time, but operate with little to no budget. We want to be able to accept contributions and track their worth to recompensate when we generate revenue.
That is why we developed hugs.
